Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
Product condition: Items must be new or lightly used. Opened products are accepted.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges under the same conditions

All returns are handled via standard postal services
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We do not provide prepaid return labels
Fees: No restocking or handling fees

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 21 days
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

Order processing time: Max 1 day if in stock but may take up to 3 business days if we´re waiting for restock
Delivery time: Typically 3–7 business days depending on your location
Order cutoff time: Orders placed before 15:00 (3 PM) are processed the same day
